The Pandemic has completely turned the assumptions of multifamily housing upside-down.

Employers are working hard to bring their workforce back into the office, finding themselves competing with the conveniences of working from home. That is redefining what people are looking for from their home. The workforce may be going to coffee shops and gyms to get out of the apartment, but that is getting expensive and there is an opportunity for a new generation of Multifamily projects to address the new world.
