ACE Owns the building they occupy at One DuPont Circle in downtown Washington, DC. The project involved rethinking the workplace to adjust for the post-Covid workforce. The new design emphasizes open collaborative work areas that connect the main corridors of the triangular-shaped building.

The desire to leave open ceilings and have significant glass in the walls dictated the need for sculpted walls of acoustical felt on walls and ceilings.
