This was a 260,000 SF, 13 floor renovation in place for this national law firm, consolidating its DC operations with an off-site records building into one structure. The completed project includes a second floor reception area and conference center and expanded the 13th floor dining facility. The space was reconfigured so all office floors could provide additional attorney offices and have more flexible and functional interior support spaces. The renovated space also incorporates a component on each floor that serves as a multi-purpose area for social gathering, collaboration, or meeting space.
