The new 60,000 SF office at 2099 Pennsylvania Ave. was selected to reflect the firm’s rising prominence in DC. SKB designed a space with pink marble flooring, complimented by a sycamore paneled wall that anchors the space. A cast glass sculptural wall element provides privacy to the adjacent boardroom. SKB designed an illuminating ceiling system that brightens the space in the reception area. This project received recognition from Engineering News-Record (ENR) as one of the Best Projects in the Mid-Atlantic region in 2015
