The new facility allows K2M to design and test new products, work hands-on with leading physicians and scientists, manufacture prototypes, and assemble and ship the custom devices to physicians around the world. The two separate buildings have separate functions: One for designing, engineering, and demonstrations; the other is for assembly, shipping and receiving, and has a fitness center and auditory. Both have food service areas and are connected by a courtyard, designed to be an outdoor park.
