The Al Ansari Group engaged SKB to develop a concept for a residential development as part of the massive Dubai Hills Estates project located near the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel north of downtown Dubai.

SKB developed an entire pro forma for the project including detailed project costs and sales projections based on abundant local market information. The twin tower buildings sit on a platform of parking garages and retail to allow residents to have direct access to their units from their cars, or to access the common park 20 feet above the street level. Both towers have rooftop parks for residents with gymnasiums, pools and pubs with breathtaking views of the Dubai cityscape.
