CAPITAL GUIDANCE

This two-floor project housed the headquarters for Capital Guidance and Madison Marquette, a retail and residential development firm that is part of the Capital Guidance family. The spaces for each firm had its own visual identity where Capital Guidance has a stone wall while Madison Marquette’s lobby has a series of display tables and monitors. The spaces are united by a central staircase that balances the aesthetic differences of organic and technological.
