This new 38,000 SF office at 1909 K Street was designed to integrate the two floors and connect the firm, using a large staircase to brighten and open the reception area space. SKB developed secretarial workstations to be quickly transformed into other types of workspaces or offices. After a detailed evaluation, SKB redesigned the space to reduce the use of space by more than 25% to make the office more open and prominent.
